Our theme this month is Community – which couldn’t come at a better time. Now more than ever we are in need of strengthening our bonds and supporting one another and our broader community in the Bay Area. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the United Ways’ Northern California Wildfire Relief and Recovery Fund.

About Karen
Karen Peacock exudes the perfect combination of EQ and IQ, making her the perfect woman for the role of Chief Operating Officer at Intercom, one of the fastest growing startups in Silicon Valley. As COO, Karen leverages her experience leading and growing some of the world’s largest SaaS businesses to drive strategy, customer growth, and scale the business.

Karen has over 15 years of experience in technology and SaaS. Before Intercom, she was the SVP of Small Business at Intuit, where she led all of Intuit’s small business products and services. While leading a team of 500, she helped grow the small business division to $2.2B in annual revenue. As a part of this, Karen led QuickBooks Online and grew that global SaaS business from $350M to $500M in recurring revenue in just one year. 

Karen has an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Harvard University in Applied Mathematics, with a focus on decision systems and AI. Karen is a startup advisor of Namely and Thanx, and serves as a board member to Revel Systems. Most recently, she received Silicon Valley’s 2017 Women of Influence award, and is also the recipient of the Silicon Valley Women in Leadership (TWIN) Award.
